Hi! My name is Alexandru Popescu.

I’ve been publishing a blog, on and off, since the early days of Blogger1. Over time, Iʹve moved around different blogging systems and different blogs. For 4 years, I have been posting about non-relational databases and the evolution of databases and data processing on a blog named myNoSQL.

Most of what Iʹm publishing is about what I’ve learned or discovered, what I’ve been experimenting with. Shortly jots and tl;drs.

This version of the blog is built using Hugo. The theme is a customized version of Ananke. I use Markdown to write. I edit Markdown using a weekly randomly selected editor from MacVim, Emacs, or BBEdit.
